We recently announced that Diamond?s very own Shylah Hales earned her CAPP certification, joining an elite group of parking professionals.
CAPP (Certified Administrator of Public Parking) is recognized worldwide as the leading credential in parking and mobility. To earn this designation, a candidate must complete dozens of hours of education and pass an exam through the International Parking and Mobility Institute.
This industry needs more Shylahs. So often, parking is an afterthought, a last-minute consideration, or a hassle. At Diamond, we believe parking should be the easiest part of any journey and should be administered with consideration
