he deadline for the President’s Report article was August 10th. It was reported on August 9th that a group filed a lawsuit

against the POA involving issues related to the expiration of covenants and collections. As of the deadline for this article the POA has not been served with the Com-
plaint, and therefore cannot comment on its specifics. The original proposed President’s Report for the September edition of the DH News included a detailed explanation of the
legal issues regarding the expiration of covenants and collections. Based upon advice from legal counsel, the proposed article was pulled from publication until such time we have an
opportunity to review the Complaint. I apologize for any inconvenience. Latitude 30, the patio, The Oak Room, and the Clubhouse continue to be used extensively
