Introduction

Program

EkI²t means the act of working together to produce something bigger. It enhances to share and spread innovative ideas in the community. This will be a collaborative workspace where different individuals from creative fields such as interior design, architecture , structure are working on building a society. It is a platform to not only grow as a firm but also has exhibitions and communication spaces that plays its part to spread knowledge in the society.

Vision

The program talks about growing as a creative community together. The people working in as a freelance or in a small scale are unable to provide for all the spaces they need due to space and other constrains. Thus , this program will help uplift them with all their Requirements at one place where they can rent or expand permanently; - 2 Medium Scale Workspace - 4 Small Scale Workspace - 6 Freelance Work Space The following are the requirements for a collaborative space;

Our vision is to create a fresh and flexible work environment. An expression which conveys your sense of purpose and helps you bond with the immediate - micro society. Workspace is not just the table but the space around one and work taking up most of your day, a tranquil environment is the need of the hour. The vision is to recognize that you have been empowered by the others and it is your obligation to empower others. We encourage inter- disciplinary exhibitions, workshops. As this is a co-working space, thus communication and collaboration between different platforms are always welcomed. We take as our responsibility to make this space an Eco-friendly work place by integrating sustainable solutions.

Activity Area Requirement As there are a lot of office space for different individuals , thus the spaces are designed differently . They are majorly divided into two types;

Private Office Areas Freelance (3 Office) (Total sqm : 30sqm)

Type 1: Office with Open spaces with combination of single - double height , playful space.

Type 2: Offices with more enclosed spaces and cabins with limited immediate access to natural light and ventilation.

Common Spaces (Total sqm : 230 sqm)

Small Scale (2 Office) (Total sqm : 78sqm)

Medium Scale (1 Office) (Total sqm : 54sqm)

Final
