夜空之所以如此璀璨，是因为无数的星斗在燃烧着自己。同样，德明 之所以有今天的辉煌，是因为六十年里有许多老师为学校奉献出了毕 生的精力和心血。在这里，我们要和大家分享三位德明老教师的故事， 以及学生眼中的他们…… 王雪菲

李淑华老师

李淑华老师是我中三中四的华文老师，中四时还成为了我的班主任。 在我的印象里，李淑华老师是十分认真负责而且关心爱护学生的人。 李淑华老师每次课前都会做好充足的准备，十分认真地备课，充分利 用好课上的每一分钟。我们的华文课不仅仅是讲课文，做练习，还有 各种各样其他的活动，如成语竞猜等一些与华文知识相结合的小游戏， 大大增加了课程的趣味性。她也经常会关心同学的学习情况和生活状 况，也总会很耐心地聆听学生们的烦恼。记得之前有一次我生病，李 老师不仅十分关心我的身体状况，还给我金银花让我泡水喝来舒缓病 情。这样小小的关心，虽看似微不足道，却给当时的我带来了温暖。 还有一次，她在期中考试前买了鸡精，发给了我们，让我们在补充能

量，在考试中好好发挥。这样的举动所透露出的便是她对学生们的爱。同时，她也会关心 我们的学业以及人生规划，并给出一些有效且中肯的建议。如今，虽然李老师已经不教我 了，但是每次见到她时，李老师总会与我闲聊一阵，询问我如今的校园生活。我想，以后 即使我离开了德明，我也会一直记得她的。

卢桂霞老师

卢老师是我们中三中四的华文老师，她在德明执教几十载，经验丰富。 卢老师每个星期会根据周三的报纸，出三道可以自由发挥的问题，让我 们在课堂上写报章读后感。去年年底当我要为O水准的高级华文考试复 习时，我发现我们已经累积了一整叠报章读后感。这时我才想起来，两 年来，我们从来没有错过任何一份星期三的报纸，才想起来，每次我们 哀嚎时，卢老师是如何循循善诱地告诉我们只有多练习，多写作，华文 才会进步，她是如何笑嘻嘻地叫我们把写报章读后感当作饭后小菜。我 可以想象，在过去的几十年里卢老师仔细研读过多少周三的报纸，出过 多少题目，改过多少报章读后感，孜孜不倦只为了让我们的华文能有所 进步。像我这样经常三分钟热度的人，每每想起卢老师的执着和认真都

要感到自行惭愧。犹记我第一次向逗号投了一首小诗，被刊登在报纸上。那天上课时她走到我 的桌子前，敲了敲我的桌子对我笑眯眯地用手示意我去看布告栏，我走上前一看，原来卢老师 把我那首小诗剪了下来，方方正正地用图钉钉在布告栏上。连我自己都不知道何时会刊登的诗， 卢老师竟然发现了。当时她对我说：“欣睿，写得不错。”这句话我一直记到现在。卢老师可 • Section 3 以说是我的第一个读者。还有一次，我又向逗号投了一次稿，那是我写的第一篇短故事，几千 个字，对我来说意义非凡。后来编辑回复我说，因为篇幅太长，只能在有版面的时候才会考虑 刊登。之后我也把这件事情渐渐淡忘掉了。直到那一天高华O水准考试结束后，卢老师在乌泱 泱的礼堂叫住我，递给我一整张报纸。我接过报纸, 展开一看，整整两页都是我写的故事。我 没想到卢老师在高华结束后，考试结束后，还心心念念地找到我把我青涩的作品给我。若不是 卢老师，我肯定是要错过它了。 在我对自己的文笔非常没有信心时，是卢老师一次又一次的小 心翼翼地替我保存它，展示它，把它交到我的手中。 卢老师在德明教学数十载，用自己的青春见证了德明与德明莘莘学子的成长，用自己的行 动影响了一批又一批德明人。这一些，沉淀在时间长河里，我不曾看到的，肯定也在老一辈的 德明人的记忆里闪闪发光。我们就是卢老师这大半辈子培养出的财富，卢老师比国王富有。

陈瑞如老师

最初知道陈老师是因为他负责学校的各项摄影工作。不管是校内的各类 活动还是拍摄学校年册（yearbook）的照片，总可以看到陈老师端着相 机的身影。虽然头发已经花白，但陈老师依旧精神矍铄、神采奕奕，让 人印象深刻。一次偶然的机会，我才得知陈老师原先是一位数学老师, 后来随着年龄的增大才逐渐淡出了教学一线。除此之外，陈老师还写得 一手好毛笔字，他的书法作品经常在学校里展出，可谓是一位文理兼修 的老师。

今年，陈老师成为了我们班的体育老师，主要是教我们打羽毛球, 我 们也因此对他有了更深入的了解。首先陈老师很有耐心，他总是手把手 地指导同学，一次次不厌其烦地示范和讲解，纠正我们不规范的技术动 作。陈老师在教学时十分认真，但偶尔他也会流露出“老顽童”的一面。比如，在同我们打球 时，陈老师总是充分地利用场地的空间把我们调动起来满场乱跑。几个球打下来，我们已经是 晕头转向气喘吁吁了。每到这时，陈老师总会得意地笑着说：“同学们，陈老师71岁，你们17 岁，可你们怎么连老师也打不过呀？”他的幽默活泼总能引起同学们阵阵的欢笑声。 陈老师虽然不教主课了，但在同学们眼里，他仍然是校园里“活跃分子”。他用自己蓬勃 向上的精神感染和鼓舞着同学们，激励着大家不断地向更高的目标迈进。

这一系列的书我只看了第一本，就期待着赶快能到图书馆借下一本。 《那 些回不去的年少时光》 ，书名酷似《那些年》、 《我的少女时代》等火红电影， 特别的是，这本书少了浪漫戏剧性的校园恋情，而是讲述一个古灵精怪、 特立独行的小女孩的故事。从一开始的烂成绩，尴尬举止，演变成能考进 重点高中的少女，她经历过无数个令人讨厌的偏心老师和没有朋友陪伴 的空虚孤独，但同时，她也有过从未放弃过她的老师和在身旁彼此勉励、 互相竞争的朋友。这部青春著作所讲述的校园生活想必能与大家产生共 鸣。 在繁杂的真实世界里，投入一本好书，让它带你到另一个世界，拨动你 的心弦，贴近你的心声—何乐不为？我的评价： 《不为谁而作的歌》-林俊杰

第一次听到这首歌是在《我是歌手》第四季，徐佳莹和原唱合唱。过后， 这独特的旋律时不时在耳边回荡，让我不得不搜寻原唱MV版听一听。 跌宕优美的旋律，深深吸引住我，让我沉浸其中。 气势磅礴的一首歌，由 钢琴作主旋律，低音弦乐为深沉伴奏的开头诉说着林俊杰近年的心路 历程。 由于工作忙碌，他发现自己渐渐迷失了自我，因此，他希望通过音 乐聆听自己内心的独白，找回自己，并向社会传播正能量。 同时，将心中 的感谢诉诸歌曲，献给生命中曾向他伸出援手的人。 呼吁所有厌倦了日常生活繁琐小 呼吁所有厌倦了日常生活繁琐小事， 或被两个艰难的学期折腾累了的 同学⸺ 抽出5分钟安静地用心聆听此歌，细细品味人生中看似微不足 道，但其实可能是最重要的小事，这可能是你需要的心灵慰藉。 亲爱的 ( 2014)

我的评价：

电影讲述一对深圳离婚夫妇儿子被拐卖的心酸故事。 新加坡是安全之地 ，小孩被拐走应该是较罕见的事—这和电影里的情况成了鲜明的对比。 电影里的小男孩失踪3年，他的父母从没放弃过希望，发了疯般地抓紧每 一条线索，也结交了很多有共同遭遇的父母。 我身为女儿，无法想象失去 儿女的痛、自责、抓狂、抑郁，但从演员们流露的歇斯底里的呐喊和不顾 形象的抽泣，我能明白这痛将伴随他们一生。

片尾才发现电影改编自真实故 片尾才发现电影改编自真实故事， 心猛地一震。 在中国大陆的许多地区， 黑心儿童拐卖集团都较为猖獗。这些案件是重大问题，不只影响到失去 儿女的父母，也可能伤害无辜的好心人。 社会应该把目光投向这个问题。 恳请大家观看此电影，它可能引发你进行更深入的思考。 我的评价：

It is where we spend most of our time, learning and creating memories that will last a lifetime. However, do you know the school like the back of your hand?

1. My favourite place in school is my classroom. My classroom is the place where I first meet my friends every day, where we prepare ourselves to slog through tons of work. It is the place where we bond, talk and fool around, angering our teachers and making life hard for them. It is also the place where we get scolded as a class due to our mischievous acts.

- Foong Xin Yu, 5C32 2. My favourite place in school would be the tennis court, even if I don't go up there often. That space has a really brilliant concept so that the fencing blends in as part of the school's aesthetic decorations. Another reason would be because it bears a close resemblance to those rooftops in Japanese anime where the main characters always sit to chill. I like wide, open spaces, especially with the sky view; looking at the clouds gives me some liberation from reality.

- Wang Zixuan, 4F 3. One of my favourite places in school would be the small patch of garden on the fourth floor of the general science lab block. There, I am able to find peace and solitude, despite the chaos of JH life. If you've never been there, it is basically a small patch of grass.

There's also a path surrounding the grass that can be walked on. Though the place is right beside the classrooms, it is quite quiet once you step into it. There, you are able to effectively do

nothing while watching others go about their lives as time ticks past. Though I wouldn't say that it's a place that I would come back to visit when I graduate, it would definitely hold a place in my heart, together with so many other places in Dunman High.

- Lin Huiqing, 5C31 4. My favourite place in school is the Media Resource Library as it is a treasure trove of veritable knowledge, a convenient place to access the computer and a conducive place to study or simply ‘lepak’. Having a strong passion for the sciences, especially physics and biodiversity, the library is often an outlet for me to clarify my multitudinous doubts – which would otherwise annoy any teacher - with books which would patiently answer my every question again and again.

Books also allow me to momentarily escape from the frenetic pace of life and frolic in a wealth of tantalising discoveries and knowledge.

For more practical reasons, the library provides easy Internet access on computers which are handy for online study, chatting, group discussions or even the occasional frivolous search for entertaining articles or videos.

Not to mention, the library provides a welcome respite from the hot and humid weather – especially this year with the mercury soaring above 36 degrees Celsius - as well as a quiet place for me to concentrate and study during

free periods. - Matthew Lo, 5C35 5. My favorite place in school is the CO room. Friendships have been formed in this room, not only among the batch but also with seniors and juniors of all ages; it binds present and former members together as one. We've shared laughter together; we've shared sorrows together. The CO room is where everything began for me at the start of my JH life and it will be the end of everything in my SH life. Even now after quitting the cca, I will return to this place. Time seems to slow down there, and for a moment, I am separated from the hectic life outside, and can rest for a while. The CO room is my home, my sanctuary, my favourite place.

During the lead up to the promotional exams, I frequently used the learning centres to revise either on my own or with friends until late at night as part of the Night Study Scheme. It was a suitable environment to have time alone to catch up as opposed to my extremely untidy room where all I usually do is sleep and slack... Oops ><. I definitely felt an increase in productivity, and its convenient location in school meant that I was more motivated to stick around after school to study.

大家经常叫我“作死小能手”，也就是一个很会作死的人。作死的意思大抵就 是在错误的时间做错误的事，从而让自己陷入困难的处境。比方说，因为看 电视而导致作业没做完就是作死，考试前不复习就是作死。作为一个“作死小 能手”，我经常做一些会让自己陷入困难处境的决定。 年我好像作了很多死，导致我现在的处境比较困难。许多人来问我为什 么要做这么多愚蠢的决定，大多时候我无从解释也无法回答。庆幸的是，大 家没有因为我经常作死而觉得我愚蠢 。不过，误解我看轻我的人亦有。对于 我自己来说，每一次作死都是清醒的、深思熟虑后作出的选择。 我曾是某个网站的小组负责人之一。这个小组里当时有 万多人。大家都有 一个共同的目标，那就是努力生活。努力生活这个概念大概比较抽象，说白 了就是学生好好学习，进入社会的好好工作，想出国留学的努力尝试出国留 学。打开我们小组的版面，就有正能量扑面而来。 直到有一天组里面出现了一个不寻常的帖子，我们打开来一看，发现组里有 一个女孩那日被确诊为白血病。从那天以后的每一个日子里，这个女孩都会 发帖子更新她每天的生活，她的治疗计划，她的心情。每一天都会有很多人 在帖子里回复她，鼓励她。那个帖子大概有几千个回复。 说不定你看到这里已经迷糊了，这和我作死有什么关系？等等，我马上告诉 你：那个女孩的生日在中四期末考试的最后一天。所以在期末考试开始的前 几天，我们小组的组长说，我们给这个女孩准备一份生日礼物吧。当时我们 一致同意为这个女孩收集来自全国各地的祝福，做成一本书和视频然后送给 她。接着，组长给 万名组员发了一封邮件，开始征集祝福。 于是就有了我作死的故事。

在期末考试的第一天，深夜，我守在电脑前等着来自全国各地男女老少的电子邮件。当时我 觉得我是一个英雄。我打开邮箱，看着邮件一封封地飞到我的邮箱里。我花了很多时间一封 一封地阅读那些来自不知名的陌生人写给另一个陌生人的邮件，感觉很奇妙。有一个组员在 帖子里女孩的描述中得知她喜欢五月天，于是把五月天的许多个的歌名串在一起给她写鼓励 的话语；有的人写诗；有的人摄影；有的人写自己的生活和愿望；有的人写下令自己后悔的 人生故事；还有人请地铁里的流浪歌手为女孩儿唱五月天的《知足》。那个女孩还年轻，才 岁，所以大家恨不得把自己的人生全写下，试图为她拼凑一个未来的蓝图，给她坚持与病 魔斗争的力量和希望。直到现在我都还记得，我窝在椅子里，忘了第二天的考试，一封又一 封的阅读那些邮件，把文字和图片下载下来，标上名字，然后再把它们整整齐齐的编排到文 档里。从深夜

点到凌晨 点。整个期末考试我都是火燎心急地在下午时翻翻书，复习一下，

然后一心开始整理那些睡在我邮箱里等着我打开它们的邮件。直到现在我还为我做的这件事 而感到骄傲。 看到这里你是否很想知道这件事情的结局？结局就是我们如期地把礼物送到了那个女孩手上， 听与她在一个城市前去送礼物的组员说，她当时感动得落泪了。将近两年后的今天我又去网 上看她，她还在努力乐观地活着，哪怕与她一起抵抗病魔的伙伴已经先离开。等等，什么， 你说你想知道我考试的结局？说实话并不是我不想告诉你我到底考得怎么样。而是我已经忘 了我考得怎么样了。其实回过头来我们都会发现，当时我们一厢情愿地觉得很重要的事情其 实真的不重要。如果重要我们就不会那么轻易地忘记。 回到“作死”这件事情上来，我每次在世人眼里的作死都是我为了我自己的信念和理想和对这个 世间的看法奋不顾身。其实作为一个“作死小能手”，每次选择作死时我也会感到煎熬，因为不 是非常傻的我也能明白我或许做了一个不是很明智的决定。但是我无法放弃我坚信的信条， 哪怕是失败，我也会放弃抵抗让命运的手把我推上那条“作死”的路。 下一次，如果你也有热爱的事业但却不被别人认同，请不要放手，请“作死”吧！下一次，如果 你看到一个人失败，看到他跌倒，看到他作死，请不要轻易笑他愚蠢，你可以这样理解：因 为他是一个理想主义至上者。 他所抓住的化作光辉，他所放弃的变成煤，他必是火焰无疑。
