Which is used and/or to be used in connection with the following services in international class 43
Class 43: Services for providing food and drink; temporary accommodation.
The above-named owner by virtue of registration and user of the trademark worldwide in respect of the above names services has the exclusive right to use the said trademark and is entitled to all the rights in respect thereof
The above names owner claims all the rights in respect of the above trademark in the Republic of Maldives.
Notice is hereby given that in the event of any person or persons infringing the above-named owner’s rights in the said trademark in any manner whatsoever or registering or attempting to register or using a mark similar to the above mark so as to mislead the public into believing that such spurious mark relates to services offered by the above-named owner legal proceedings will be instituted against any such person or persons for infringement of

Notice is hereby given that Clarios Technology and Recycling GmbH, located at Am Leineufer 51 30419 Hannover Germany is the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the mark reproduced below for the goods as set out thereinafter:
Class 9: Galvanic batteries; accumulators; electric primary and secondary elements, electric fuel elements, electric batteries, all the aforesaid goods being specially designed as parts or accessories for land, air and water vehicles, parts for the aforesaid goods; chargers and parts therefor, for electric batteries, being specially designed as parts or accessories for land, air and water vehicles; rectifiers and switching apparatus, and battery-regulating switches, cell switches and capacitance meters for electric batteries, being specially designed as parts or accessories for land, air and water vehicles; automobile accessories, namely starter batteries; machines and apparatus for testing galvanic elements, batteries and electric fuel cells specially designed as parts or accessories for land, air and water vehicles and for parts for the aforesaid goods

Notice is hereby by given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of Clarios Technology and Recycling GmbH shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof Clarios Technology and Recycling GmbH will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands

LTD., a company organized and existing under the laws of Singapore, of the address 11 North Buona Vista Drive #16-07, The Metropolis, Singapore 138589, is the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the mark reproduced below for the goods as set out thereinafter:

Jacobs Douwe Egberts RTL SCC SG PTE. LTD. is the sole proprietor of the abovementioned trade mark in the jurisdiction of Maldives and all other countries, and the respective mark is exclusively used by them for the abovementioned goods.
The abovementioned trade mark is protected and registered/due for registration in several countries worldwide and is being used internationally by Jacobs Douwe Egberts RTL SCC SG PTE. LTD., continuously, extensively and openly in several jurisdictions in the world.
Appropriate legal action will be taken in the Court of Law against all those responsible for copying, imitating or otherwise indulging in any acts leading to the unauthorized use of the abovementioned trade mark in accordance with the laws in force in the Maldives.
