Our client Nauticam Holdings Limited a limited liability company existing under the laws of Hong Kong SAR of 2203, CCT Telecom Building, 11 Wo Shing Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong is the owner of the above-mentioned trademarks hereby brings to the notice of the general public that the above -mentioned trademarks are being used in respect of the following goods:

The words/label/trademarks are protected and registered/due for registration in several countries worldwide and are being used internationally by our client and its associated company Nauticam International Limited , continuously and openly all over the World including Maldives. By virtue of such long and continuous international use, the marks have acquired substantial goodwill and reputation as well as trans -border reputation in Maldives.
Appropriate legal action will be taken against any person, firm or corporation counterfeiting, imitating, violating or otherwise infringing the said rights of the owner in the MALDIVES, in the Court of Law against all those responsible for and indulging in all acts leading to the unauthorized use of our client’s words and trademarks as mentioned above in order to safeguard our client’s legal rights.
Members of the public having any knowledge/information of the above -mentioned words or trademarks being used by anyone other than authorized by Nauticam Holdings Limited in Maldives, are informed to get in touch with the attorneys mentioned below.
TRADEMARK CAUTION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Dewfresh Products (Proprietary) Limited, a South African company of William Street, Leslie, Leandra, Mpumalanga, Republic of South Africa is the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the mark reproduced below for the services as set out thereinafter:
Class 29: Meat, fish, poultry and game; meat extracts; preserved, frozen, dried and cooked fruits and vegetables; jellies, jams, compotes; eggs; milk, cheese, butter, yoghurt and other milk products; oils and fats for food
Class 32: Beers; non-alcoholic beverages; mineral and aerated waters; fruit beverages and fruit juices; syrups and other non-alcoholic preparations for making beverages
By virtue of original adoption and use of the trademark given above in relation to the above-mentioned services, the said trademark as depicted above is identified and exclusively associated with Dewfresh Products (Proprietary) Limited and no one else.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of Dewfresh Products (Proprietary) Limited, shall be unauthorized and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof Dewfresh Products (Proprietary) Limited will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
