Class 33: Alcoholic beverages (except beers).
Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons (Pty) Limited, claims exclusive rights on the mark hereinabove reproduced for the above mentioned goods in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid marks without the consent, permission or license of Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons (Pty) Limited, shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons (Pty) Limited will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
