Notice is hereby given that our client, COGNAC FERRAND (Organized under the laws of FRANCE) of the address 4 rue de Saint-Petersbourg, 75008, Paris, France, are the sole proprietors of the following TradeMarks:

to be used under international class 33 in connection with Alcoholic beverages, except beers; wine, liqueurs, spirits, distilled wines, gin, vodka, brandy, rum
The public and the trade are hereby warned not to indulge in any activity that would infringe our rights as the proprietors of the above mark which would be in violation of the Intellectual Property rights of the proprietor.
