TRADEMARK CAUTION NOTICE FOR MALDIVES
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Steinway, Inc. Incorporated in Delaware, 1 Steinway Place Astoria, New York 11105, USA are the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the marks reproduced below for the services as set out thereinafter:

audio recordings featuring music for use with electronic systems that allow a piano to function as a player piano; downloadable music files for use with electronic systems that allow a piano to function as a player piano; downloadable mobile application for programming and sending music files to player pianos; downloadable mobile application for use with a piano, which allows for recording, editing, playing, streaming and searching for music; electronic systems, primarily composed of software, computer controller, DC voltage drive and solenoids for use with a piano, that record and playback electronic signals, allowing a piano to replicate the playing

musical instruments; pianos; keyboard instruments; player pianos; player pianos with electromechanical and electronic components that allow for streaming, recording, editing and playback of piano data; piano components sold as a unit with pianos in the nature of electromechanical and electronic systems that enable a piano to record and play pre-recorded music data, to stream electronic piano data, to allow for silent playing; pianos with wireless internet network and Ethernet connectivity; parts, fittings, and accessories for the aforesaid goods
By virtue of original adoption and use of the trademark given above in relation to the above mentioned goods, the said trademarks as depicted above is identified and exclusively associated with Steinway, Inc. and no one else.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of Steinway, Inc., shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. Steinway, Inc., will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
