Class 03: Non-medicated cosmetics and toiletry preparations; non-medicated dentifrices; perfumery, essential oils; bleaching preparations and other substances for laundry use; cleaning, polishing, scouring and abrasive preparations.
By virtue of original adoption and use of the trademark given above in relation to the above-mentioned services, the said trademark as depicted above is identified and exclusively associated with INDIGO BRAND HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED and no one else.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of INDIGO BRAND HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED, shall be unauthorized and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. INDIGO BRAND HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
