Sura Bangyikhan Company Limited, a company organized and existing under the laws of Thailand at 82 Moo 3 Tambol Bangkuwat, Amphur Muang Pathumthani, Pathumthani Province 12000, Thailand are the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the marks reproduced/shown below for the goods as set out thereinafter:

Sura Bangyikhan Company Limited claims exclusive rights on the mark hereinabove reproduced for the above mentioned goods in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of Sura Bangyikhan Company Limited shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. Sura Bangyikhan Company Limited will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.

Notice is hereby given that COCA HOLDING INTERNATIONAL, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Thailand, having its registered address at 8 Soi Anumarnratchathon, Surawongse Rd., Suriyawongse, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand, is the sole and exclusive owner in the Republic of Maldives of the following trademark (hereinafter referred to as the “said trademark”):
The Applicant has exclusive proprietary rights over the logo mark, which is duly registered and protected in numerous countries worldwide. These rights are valid, enforceable, and entitled to protection under applicable laws. The said trademark is used and/or intended to be used in connection with the following goods and services under:

The above-named owner asserts all proprietary rights in respect of the said trademark within the Republic of Maldives. The above-named owner also has exclusive proprietary rights over the logo mark, which is duly registered and protected in numerous countries worldwide. These rights are valid, enforceable, and entitled to protection under applicable laws.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, or registration or any attempt thereof of the said trademark or any mark deceptively similar thereto, in a manner likely to mislead or confuse the public into believing that such goods or services originate from or are associated with the above-named owner, shall be considered an infringement. In such instances, legal proceedings will be initiated against the oKending party for infringement, including but not limited to claims for damages and other appropriate relief.
