Class 32: Beers; ale; lager; porter; stout; fruit ales and beers; nonalcoholic cider; non-alcoholic, low alcohol and de-alcoholised beer and wine; low alcohol and de-alcoholised drinks; ginger beer; malt containing beverages; mineral and aerated waters and other nonalcoholic beverages; fruit beverages and fruit juices; syrups and other preparations for making beverages
Class 33: Alcoholic beverages (except beers); wines and drinks containing wine; cider; alcoholic carbonated beverages; distilled beverages; liqueurs; whisky; pre-mixed alcoholic beverages; spirits; gin, brandy; rum; vodka
The trademark is protected and registered/due for registration in several countries worldwide and is being used internationally by our clients, continuously and openly all over the world including Maldives. By virtue of such long and continuous international use, the mark has acquired substantial goodwill and reputation as well as trans-border reputation in Maldives.
Appropriate legal action will be taken against any person, firm or corporation counterfeiting, imitating, violating or otherwise infringing the said rights of the owner in the MALDIVES, in the Court of Law against all those responsible for and indulging in all acts leading to the unauthorized use of our client’s trademark as mentioned above in order safeguard our client’s legal rights.
