LTD. of the address 30 Tuas Link 2, JDE Building, Singapore 638568 and relevant details have been changed due to the execution and filing of deed of assignment as well as change of address).

The abovementioned trade mark is protected and registered/due for registration in many countries worldwide and is being used internationally by JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS RTL SCC SG PTE. LTD., continuously, extensively and openly in all major jurisdictions in the world.
