TRADEMARK CAUTIONARY NOTICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF MALDIVES
Notice is hereby given that our client, GENAN HOLDING A/S, (Organized under the laws of Denmark) of the address JEGINDØVEJ 16, 8800, VIBORG, DENMARK, are the sole proprietors of the following Trademark:
to be used under international Classes
Class 1
Rubber compounds for industrial use; Rubber based cements adhesives, other than for household or stationary use; Rubber based adhesives for industrial use; Rubber adhesives for industrial use; Vulcanizing preparations; Additives (Chemical-) for rubber processing.
Class 6
Unprocessed and semi-processed materials of metal not specified for use, Steel.
Class 7
Cutting tools (machine parts) for the shredding of tires.
Class 17
Rubber, rubber granulate and rubber powder, including regenerated rubber, extruded rubber, fine-graded finely ground rubber powder, semi-processed rubber, de-vulcanized rubber; Recycled rubber for manufacturing purposes, including rubber powder and rubber granulate for the use of asphalt and bitumen modification; recycled rubber for manufacturing purposes, including rubber powder and rubber granulate, for use as infill or shock layer in artificial grass fields stock pads/layers in artificial turf pitches; recycled rubber for manufacturing purposes, including rubber powder and rubber granulate for the use of shock pads/layers in shock-absorbing surfaces for playgrounds; recycled rubber for manufacturing purposes, including rubber powder and rubber granulate for the use as shock pads/layers in sports pitches, running tracks and athletic tracks; recycled rubber for manufacturing purposes, including rubber powder and rubber granulate for use as paint, building materials, insulating materials and manufacturing of tires; fibers of rayon, nylon and polyester, not for use in textiles, from recycling of tires. The public and the trade are hereby warned not to indulge in any activity that would infringe our rights as the proprietors of the above mark which would be in violation of the Intellectual Property rights of the proprietor.

The bringing together, for the benefit of others, of a variety of services, namely, processing and treatment of all types of discarded tires from motorized vehicles for the purpose of reuse of materials of recovered rubber, steel and textiles, rubber compounds for industrial use, rubber based cements adhesives, other than for household or stationery use, rubber based adhesives for industrial use, rubber adhesives for industrial use, additives (chemical-) for rubber processing, enabling consumers to conveniently compare and purchase those services.
The public and the trade are hereby warned not to indulge in any activity that would infringe our rights as the proprietors of the above mark which would be in violation of the Intellectual Property rights of the proprietor.
The public and the trade are also hereby warned that any person who infringes or forges any mark or falsely applies to goods or services any mark or marks so nearly resembling a trademark as to be likely mislead or who makes any dye, block machine or other instrument for the purpose of forging or being used for forging a mark; or applies any false description to goods; or disposes of, or has in his possession, any dye, block, machine, or other instrument for the purpose of forging a mark; or caused to be done any of the things referred to above shall, inter alia be in violation of the IP rights of the proprietor.
Further any person who sells or exposes for sale or has in his possession for sale for any purpose of trade or manufactures any goods or things to which any forged mark or false trade description is applied or to which any mark so nearly resembling a trademark as to be likely to mislead or falsely applies shall inter alia, be in violation of the IP rights of the proprietor.
The public and the trade are therefore, warned that if any person does any of the above acts which are illegal and unlawful, GENAN HOLDING A/S , will not hesitate to exercise their legal remedies, both in a civil court and in the criminal court to prosecute the persons who indulge in the aforesaid illegal and unlawful activities, and they would also claim damages for the infringement and the dilution of their trademarks.
