Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of MHG IP HOLDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. MHG IP HOLDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
