SOCIETE DES EAUX MINERALES D'ARCACHON, claims exclusive rights on the mark hereinabove reproduced for the above mentioned goods in the territory of the Maldives Islands
Notice is hereby by given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of SOCIETE DES EAUX MINERALES D'ARCACHON shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof SOCIETE DES EAUX MINERALES D'ARCACHON will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands
