NOTICE IS HEREBY given that HANJIN KAL Corp. (a Korean Corporation), 117, Seosomun-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea is the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the mark reproduced below for the services as set out thereinafter:

By virtue of original adoption and use of the trademark given above in relation to the above mentioned services, the said trademark as depicted above is identified and exclusively associated with HANJIN KAL Corp. and no one else.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of HANJIN KAL Corp shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. HANJIN KAL Corp will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
