NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Earth Factory Co., Ltd., a company organised and existing under the laws of Thailand, having the address at 7 Soi Ekachai 125, Bangbon Tai Sub-District, Bangbon District, Bangkok 10150, Thailand is the sole and exclusive owner in the territory of the Maldives Islands of the mark reproduced below for the goods as set out below:

By virtue of original adoption and use of the trademark given above in relation to the above mentioned goods, the said trademarks as depicted above is identified and exclusively associated with Earth Factory Co., Ltd. and no one else.
Notice is hereby given that any use of the aforesaid mark without the consent, permission or license of Earth Factory Co., Ltd., shall be unauthorised and shall violate the proprietary and other legal rights thereof. Earth Factory Co., Ltd., will take all necessary legal steps against any person or entity infringing, imitating or violating its rights in the territory of the Maldives Islands.
