What is RHEON™

How it works.

At the core of RHEON™ is an active polymer that strengthens when exposed to force.

Laboratory created and tested, RHEON™ armour incorporates highly strain-rate sensitive polymers into a revolutionary geometric design.

It is soft and flexible when in its natural state but stiffens dynamically on impact to dissipate significantly more energy than conventional static materials.

RHEON™ has advanced impact absorption when compared to other materials, removing the energy from the shock.

Comfort and protection that feels invisible to ride in, whilst still exceeding the highest protection standards.

How it feels.

When support is not required, RHEON™ is a low profile, lightweight, malleable armour that allows for easy movement on the bike.

We are considering selling the body armour sleeve (fabric garment only) as a separate option to retailers. Enduro Bib L1 PROTECTION

The Enduro Bib combines protection and practicality, designed in collaboration with our team riders from Enduro World Cup Racing.

Engineered to meet the demands of long days on the bike. We’ve designed this with an optional Rheon CE-certified L1 back protector, that slips into place, or the bib can be worn without.

The bibs are equipped with a Coolmax chamois for ergonomic comfort during extended rides, and strategically placed mesh pockets on the lower back for essentials.

The bib’s mesh body fabric enhances breathability under your kit, while the plush elastic suspenders ensure an irritation-free fit. Elasticated leg cuffs with silicone grippers provide a secure hold, preventing ride-up and keeping comfort at the forefront of every ride.
