About us

Cherishing a great love for wood, the founders of the Penso brand feel excited every time they think of being able to design interior items from this raw material. It is the most environmentally friendly, developed from sun, rain, and carbon in the air. It can be grown and reproduced so that Penso can bring you endless ideas for homes, offices, cafes, restaurants, or any living space you can think of.

We understand that creating decent interior spaces is a laborious process for suppliers like us. But choosing an eligible product is no less a challenge our customers encounter. Therefore, in 2019, Penso was founded with the desire to accompany you on the journey building suitable living space. Every wooden piece of furniture we offer is Penso’s commitment to quality, diversity of choice, and a great deal.

Why did we choose wood?

As Penso gets more involved in designing and introducing wooden furniture to the market, we realize that it is not simply about choosing eye-catching articles to fill our rooms but also about creating positive impacts in the community through establishing correct consumer behavior. Perhaps you will have your own reasons, but try to see if any of yours could match Penso’s!

1Wood is durable and can last for a lifetime

Compared to its weight, wood is one of the most sturdy building materials on the planet. It is resilient and requires little maintenance, just like those giant trees grow in the forest.

3Wood is replenishable and renewable

In fact, wood is the only building material that is infinitely replenishable and renewable. In the United States, deforestation was more than offset by reforestation between 1990 and 2010. The country added 7,687,000 hectares (18,995,000 acres) of forested land during that period. In Europe, forests are managed to support production. They are actually expanding at a rate of 5,000 square kilometers per year. When trees are selectively harvested, new trees are planted in their place. In fact, from 1990-2005, Europe reforested forests the size of Greece.

Wood means zero waste

Biological products from every stage of the production process can be reused. When wood is harvested, parts of its body are processed into lumber, others are converted into other wood products, and most are recovered for energy production.

2Wood materials are environmentally friendly

Trees absorb carbon during their lives, take it out of the atmosphere and store it in tree trunks as they grow. When trees turn into wooden products, they still store that carbon amount. By using solid wood furniture, we are preventing climate change and the greenhouse effect.

Our Customer Care staff will contact you to confirm & finalize delivery arrangements, the items you ordered will arrive within 5 - 15 days from when ordering is subject to product availability.

To determine which shipping method is available, please place the items you wish to purchase in your cart and enter your shipping address to receive shipping options and shipping costs from us.

These instructions will help you plan to move products more easily through transportation vehicles, elevator or doors.

Products are always guaranteed to be placed in cartons or protected on the outside with a layer of stable foam (applicable to oversized products such as tables, cabinets...), and fixed with adhesive tape if necessary to avoid impact and protect the surface of the product during transportation period.

Detachable products

We always have instructions for using the goods so you can install them as easily as possible by yourself.

Large sized products

INSTALLING PACKING

Installation becomes difficult in this case. Penso has a service to support you with installation for a fee depending on the type of goods. We will notify you of installation costs after receiving your order.
