EC students must turn the appropriate age for their specific program by August 1st of that school year (eg- A child must turn two before August 1, 2023 to be enrolled in the Twos program for the 2023-2024).

TPCS students are automatically re-enrolled each year, however, EC families must still choose their class selections each year This opportunity will be emailed directly to EC families from EC Admissions (amontgomery@tpcs.org).

❖ After the first of the calendar year the Admissions Department will set a deadline for unenrolling students Families must adhere to this deadline in order to receive a refund of their initial enrollment deposit

TPCS Financial Policies

On the occasion when school must be missed due to illness or family emergencies The EC follows these guidelines concerning school attendance:

Absences: Please email your child’s teacher in the event of an absence If the child has contracted a communicable disease (e g , chicken pox, strep throat, measles, scarlet fever, lice, etc ), please also alert the school nurse (nurse@tpcs org) of the illness

Students enrolled in the Threes and Pre-K programs at Traders Point Christian Schools will need to be toilet-trained before the start of school in August This falls in line with Indiana's Early Learning Foundations (p 50) and is the best practice in allowing intentional student supervision and facilitation of the educational content of our program Please refer to EC Toilet Training Policy for more information about how we can partner with you in achieving this milestone
