DGF Community Education 2026-2027 School Year Enrollment Information and Policies
Registration Requirements: ● ● ● ● ● ● ●
Please use the grade your child will be in for the 2026–2027 school year, unless otherwise noted in the program description. Pre-registration is required for all programs. All participants must be registered and paid prior to participating in any program. Registrations and payments cannot be accepted at program sites by instructors or staff. Registration is confirmed only after payment and required forms are submitted and a confirmation email is received by the payer. For programs with limited enrollment, class lists are based on confirmed and paid registrations. Registration is first come, first served.

From there, you can search for programs, complete registration, and submit payment.

Payment is due at the time of registration through ARUX.
Refund Policy: ● ●

Full refunds are issued if Community Education cancels a class. To cancel or withdraw from a program, please email: ○ Tori Fischer: vfischer@dgf.k12.mn.us ○ Tracy Tollefson: ttollefson2@dgf.k12.mn.us A $10 cancellation/withdrawal fee per activity applies. Refund requests must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be issued after the first day of class. No exceptions. Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method through ARUX.
Tuition Assistance: Community Education offers a limited amount of tuition assistance. How to Apply: ●
Students must be enrolled in DGF Public Schools.

Parents/guardians must submit a Tuition Assistance Application along with all required documentation to the Community Education Office.
Review & Notification: ● ● ● ●
Applications will be reviewed, and families will be notified by email of the decision. If assistance is approved, the award amount will be included in the notification. If assistance is not approved, families will also be notified. Any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used through ARUX.

Starting & Ending Class Times: ● ● ● ● ●
Instructors need time to open facilities and prepare. Children should not be dropped off early, as they will not be supervised before class begins. Instructors will call for their class and take attendance. Parents must remain until their child is under instructor supervision. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Classes end at the scheduled time. Prompt pickup is required, as instructors may be preparing for the next class or closing the space.
Waiting Areas: ● ● ●
Most facilities have designated waiting areas for parents. Please remain in designated areas and do not wander the building, as other activities may be occurring. Children must remain supervised at all times in waiting areas.
Donations: There is an opportunity to donate to help fund scholarships for students by adding this to your registration fee to provide financial assistance for those unable to afford program fees for youth programs. A donation line is included on the registration form in ARUX – you can donate any amount you want by adding the amount to your program fee total.
Lost and Found: ● ● ● ●
Please contact the Community Education Office with a description of any lost item. Found items are held for 30 days after being turned in. Unclaimed items may be donated to a local charitable organization. Community Education and DGF Public Schools are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or donated items.
Coaching (Volunteer or Paid): To apply for a coaching or umpire position, please submit an online Application for Employment via the Community Education webpage. All coaches and instructors must complete a background check form before they begin their job duties.
Information Requests: ●
Information regarding campers enrolled in our programs is confidential. For your family’s safety, staff is not allowed to release phone numbers and addresses of participants.
Photography & Videography: Community Education may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes. ●
If you do not wish for your child to be included, please select that option during ARUX registration or contact the Community Education Office.
Reservation of the Right to Amend: Occasionally, errors may occur in program details such as days, times, fees, locations, or requirements. Community Education reserves the right to: ● ● ●
Correct errors as needed. Modify or cancel programs due to enrollment or school-use conflicts. Change or amend program details without prior notice.
