There, she was responsible for overseeing the concessions program, including over 165 non-profits, the conversions team and warehouse. She has an entrepreneurial spirit having owned two restaurants, a gift shop, a sign business, and an amusements business.

Kathy Epperson is currently a luxury High Rise Manager in Dallas with just over 20-years experience managing Communities from Alaska to Texas. Kathy believes that we achieve more by working together. To do this we must empower one another; learn from experience; and celebrate our successes Cindy Martin is an example of a dedicated Property Manager, not only to PMP Management but also to CAI for many years. She serves on many committees and teams for CAI, most recently joining the TLAC committee which is highly needed for this next year. During the pandemic, she went up and beyond to make sure the communities she managed were updated with info and encouraged residents to make sure their neighbor was cared for, so the community would work together.
