Quote from Marisela: “We got this!”
“…great example of what supporting staff is. Her knowledge is golden being in the industry so long. She is also willing to set things to the side to help out in any way possible, even when it not considered her job.”
Vanessa Viehe – Bob Owens Electrical

COMMUNITY SPIRIT
Silverado Community Association
• Located in Aubrey, TX • Managed by Assured Association Management • This master-planned neighborhood is located in the genuine, quaint town of Aubrey with neighborhood amenities which include a club house, park, pool, splash area, and playground with picnic area.
“2020 was tough on us all but the Silverado Community Association continued to offer events that were safe and promoted social distancing. This allowed owners to continue to have fun, get out into the neighborhood and feel like they are truly a part of a community.”
COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR
Category 1 – Greenway Parks HOA
• Located in Dallas, Texas • Managed by Goodwin & Company Greenway Parks is a 150-acre Dallas neighborhood designed in 1927 by David R Williams. It was the first pedestrian-oriented community in Dallas and was designed in the “English commons” tradition of clustering houses around a series of open private parkways. It is located just 3 miles north of downtown and is bordered on the north by University Boulevard and on the south by Mockingbird Lane. Approximately 300 families call Greenway Parks home today. A central boulevard gracefully splits the neighborhood at either end creating two triangular neighborhood parks. The Streets flow east to west with eight broad, shared greenbelts parallel to and alternating with them. Noted architects who have designed significant homes in the neighborhood are O’Neil Ford, Howard Meyer, Charles Dilbeck, John Aston Perkins, and Ralph Bryan.
“This HOA is the oldest association in the Dallas area. It was established in the 1930s and you have families that have moved out of their parents home in this HOA to only buy in this HOA. You have members that have wanted to have 50 year reunions in the association.”
Category II HC Pinnacle Club HOA
• Located in Mabank, TX • Managed by Goodwin & Company
The community has waterfront, golf course or forest homesites. Neighborhood amenities include an 18-hole championship course and restaurant, full service clubhouse overlooking Cedar Creek Lake boasts a dining room and banquet facility, tennis court, fitness center and swimming pool. The Pinnacle Club is located just minutes from the towns of Mabank and Gun Barrel City. Both towns lie on the eastern edge of Cedar Creek Lake.
HC Pinnacle is a beautiful serene gate community on the Cedar Creek Lake with a golf course and clubhouse. The HOA is experiencing lots of growth, with many wanting to raise families away from the City, and choose to commute to Dallas for work. Always activities at the Golf Course or an event being held for lunch or brunch on the weekends. Those who do not live in HC Pinnacle Club visit the community for golf, lake or dining at the clubhouse.”
Category III – Viridian Residential Association
• Located in Arlington, Texas • Managed by CCMC
The Viridian is conveniently located in Arlington, is about 20 minutes from both downtowns. Surrounded by wildlife, this community offers a 2,000 acre master plan including five major lakes, rivers, streams, and wetlands, as well as 500 acres of open space. This community features an extensive list of impressive amenities including five pools, multiple parks, access to a private beach, sailing center, and much more. It’s all about engaging amenities and making it simple to build relationships with your neighbors!
“Sprawling luxury community in Arlington, Texas, that currently provides an amazing lifestyle to approximately 1,700 occupied homes. The management team has over 180 lifestyle events on the 2021 annual lifestyle calendar. In addition to the events, we offer over 500 fitness classes annually and over 40 different social club events.”

Category V 2220 Canton Lofts Condominium Association
• Located in Dallas, Texas • Managed by Goodwin & Company • 2220 Canton is true loft living in a warehouse just outside of Downtown Dallas a few blocks from the Dallas Farmer’s Market. The building has a vast history stemming from the roaring 1920s when it was constructed in 1925 by Olive and Myers Company. Westdale purchased the building in 1992 with the intent of creating one of the first lofts in Dallas. Although other developers have constructed new lofts few buildings compare to the charm of 2220 Canton.
“The board members of 2220 Canton Lofts are dedicated to putting in as much time and effort into their roles as is needed for their community to function optimally and be the most beautiful and safe community that it can be. They communicate regularly and work closely with both the on-site staff and residents. During the recent freeze, the residents of Canton Lofts contributed funds to help out their concierge to have his family moved into a hotel when they lost power. The community is truly one that looks after one another and cares that each member is taken care of.”
