Welcome Fellow Cattlemen, Friends & Neighbors, Thank You for your interest in our program. We are excited to offer you, what we consider to be the best selection of bulls we have ever produced. These bulls were raised on their dam’s side with no creep. Since they were weaned last fall, they have been in the capable hands of Phil Veltkamp; where they have been fed a mixed, high-roughage ration. All bulls have been ultra-sound carcass tested; fertility tested and met soundness exams. Our herd is backed by 45 years of breeding reputation cattle through high standards of genetic selection and constant improvement with the help of new technology. Problems (including feet, udders, attitudes, structure, fertility and calving) are simply eliminated. This philosophy increases the probability of buyer satisfaction; along with persistently building a better cow herd. Through this process, we are able to select for more longevity in the cattle we produce, and maintain integrity in our program. Thus our slogan: “Breeding the Best – Cutting the Rest”. Let us know if you have any questions; or would like to view any of the dams prior to sale day. We look forward to seeing you at the Veltkamp Feedlot on Sale Day, March 20, 2014. ~Dave & Kay
