Dewsall has a venerable history dating back to 1644 when the main house was built by Richard Pearle and where the notable Duke of Chandos was born Fast forward hundreds of years when sadly this wonderful house fell into disrepair and was finally rescued by the Robinson family

Now painstakingly restored and lovingly refurbished, we invite you to make Dewsall Court the heart of your story.

The Ceremony

There are many enchanting options within the estate where you can say those all important words I do

We have a picturesque ancient church at the bottom of the garden as well as a hand painted Chinoiserie room within the house for more intimate occasions

If you prefer to be sharing this significant moment in the great outdoors with views across the Black Mountains, you can have a beautiful canopy set up on the West Lawn, enclosed by herbaceous borders

There is also our stone, glazed and wooden pillared Wainhouse barn which overlooks the grounds

The unique Wainhouse barn can accommodate up to 170 guests followed by a spectacular wedding breakfast with 180 degree views out over the grounds This flexible room allows you to design a seating plan to suit your style whether that’s long banqueting tables friendly rounds or a mixture of both The barn has fully retractable glass doors, bringing the outside in and a purpose built dancefloor If your celebration is more intimate, then our stunning conservatory, overlooking the more formal gardens, looks incredibly romantic in candlelight
