A two-day arts festival on Maungauika/ North Head in December will cost ratepayers $65,000. “Atarau”, an audio-visual and performance

art festival, will be held in the Northern Battery tunnels on Maungauika/North Head on 14 and 15 December. The grant money is part of $270,000 of un-
