At Eloisa Restaurant and Bar Alto in the Drury Plaza Hotel, beverage director Winston Morris-Greene sees his job as creating an experience. “A bartender has a great opportunity to fulcrum people’s nights,” he explains. “For every person who walks in, we want to create a great experience through the drinks, food and environment.”
