Devin’s Personal Background Devin grew up in Draper, Utah, in a close family environment. He considers his three sisters his best friends, and the strong bond with them has been important to him throughout his life. He also has a two-year-old son, which has strengthened his commitment to focusing on family and steady personal growth.

He attended Alta High School, where he was involved in football and track, learning the importance of teamwork and discipline through sports. Later, he earned an Associate’s Degree in Communication from Utah Valley University, where he placed second in a public speaking competition, which helped build his confidence and develop clear presentation skills.

Tuttle is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was baptized at the age of eight. At twelve, he was ordained to the Aaronic Priesthood and later served in the offices of deacon, teacher, and priest. He served in around seven to eight areas, working with seven to eight companions during this time. Each day during his mission in Philadelphia, PA, started with scripture study and planning, followed by visiting and teaching people about Jesus Christ. During this time, he and his companion did not work for pay, date, or engage in social activities; they focused entirely on service and faith.

He also volunteered at a food bank in St. George for three months, reflecting his continued commitment to supporting his community through service.
