Measurements & Metrics Define measurements and metrics that directly assess project-specific outcomes, distinct from program or operational metrics. During project planning, the Project Manager will confirm which financial comparison is most appropriate for the project—estimated budget vs. actuals and document this clearly in the charter to guide reporting, analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
