Prident History
Our roots stretch back as far as 1979. In a time when Småland gave birth to new companies at a rapid pace, especially companies focused on polymeric material, we became one of them. That’s where our fantastic journey began.
Since the beginning, we have been dedicated to printing and have gladly added some form of in-house production to our repertoire. It was when Quickprint in Anderstorp acquired the company and we merged under the name Plastprint that our company’s journey truly took off.
Over the years, we have steadily grown and evolved under strong and local leadership. The company’s focus has primarily been on promotional products, where we have specialized in polymer-based products with a focus on high-quality printing. Since the mid-2010s, the company has increased its focus on in-house production of printable products. In 2019, our journey took a new turn when we were acquired by Idun Industries. With a new strong Swedish owner, new opportunities arose for growth and development, and since then, the company has been driven by local leadership with a clear vision for the company’s future. Our focus is on a high proportion of in-house produced products and a clear sustainability strategy that permeates everything we do - from material choices to manufacturing methods and product range. We are proud of our history and the steps we have taken to become the company we are today.

Good to know about reflectors
Reflectors save lives! Yet still only a few adults use reflectors. Most people think that as long as we can see the vehicle the driver can see us, but on dark and wet roads it is virtually impossible to detect pedestrians not wearing reflectors in time.
This is how a soft reflector is made
Our soft reflectors are manufactured using an approved and highly reflective quality material. A reflector hanger is built up of two layers of the reflective film to reflect from both sides. The print is made on a white liner that is placed between the transparent, reflective layers in white or fluorescent yellow material before the reflector is fitted together. This ensures a 100 % effective reflective surface. Our slapwraps also contain a stainless steel spring for guaranteed spring force around the arm or ankle. It consists mainly of recycled steel.
Soft Reflective Slap Wrap Xtended
A longer reflective tape that goes around even slightly larger outerwear. Attach two tapes, one on each side of the body, either on arms/legs or both. Made in a high-reflective quality material. White or fluorescent yellow reflective material. Print under the reflective surface. The product is approved according to CE EN 17353:2020 B2. In order to fulfill the requirement in the standard, at least two slap wraps must be worn at the same time as described above.
Practical reflector that is easily attached to everyday things. Attach Zip tag easily on e.g. zipper puller on your jacket or on your backpack. The zip tag has too little a reflective surface to be approved, but it has very good reflection properties ! White reflective material. Prices in the table apply per piece. Delivered in 4-pack.
