In Romance circles there’s never a dull time, Autumn (or Fall) is no exception, a pretty and Romantic time of the year.

We’ve found some lovely Autumn places for you to visit in this issue such as the cute Autumn Café (cover photo & below). Begin at the contents page to choose or just read right through.

1. Romantic Autumn Sims (Part 1)

Set amidst beautiful Autumn trees with cuddle areas all around is the cute and very Romantic Autumn Café.

A cuddle seat in the shape of a leaf fits in well with the theme and the lights help create that romantic atmosphere.

You can also look out on the beautiful river running by.

The lights are beautifully done and enhance the scene in night mode.

This sim may be small but there are plenty of cuddle seats to enjoy, this one with the candle in a hot air balloon is great!

There are some nice colours. This backdrop of bright orange and yellow help make this cuddle spot more romantic and special.

Some sense of humour or quirkiness adds fun… careful as you sit down in case this pile of books topples over!

How many cuddle areas can you squeeze into one sim? There’s nothing you can’t use for a cuddle area is there?

Rustic leaves cover the floor making this an ideal Autumn sim to visit even with friends.

Romantic Autumn Sims (Part 2) Country in Moonlight (teleport)

If you both like to listen to Country and enjoy the Country then this Romantic sim is for you especially in the Autumn.

You can walk around the lake and discover some stunning private areas like this tree swing decorated with hanging lights, or a nice seat surrounded with flowers looking out onto the lake.

Grab a hot drink on the way round from this cute little stall, or even an ice cream!

There are many nice views to enjoy, you can gaze across the lake or even jump on the cuddle boat and view the scenery around.

Find the cave below to enjoy some intimate time together and watch the waterfalls as the candles and fire burn away. Very cosy!

Maybe you’d prefer to dance the night away in a lovely over-arching dome. Again note the hanging lights and even the love-heart on the floor.

Full of beautiful Autumn colour, and very Romantic, a worthy sim to be included in our Romantic Autumn sim review.

3. Romantic Autumn Fashion

In the last magazine (issue 7) we saw how the clothes you wear can add to the whole romantic atmosphere. In the next issue we hope to look at romantic fashion ideas to get your heart beating and set the trend.

Wearing themed matching sexy looking clothes can create an intimate feeling between you both, such as designer Halloween clothes.

You can look the perfect couple by wearing colours which fit in with the season. This also makes for a perfect photo.

Making yourself look attractive will only add to the Romance!

4. Romantic Autumn Sims (Part 3)

Four Bridges Project (teleport)

Projects are usually experimental are one-off’s, but I hope this won’t be a ‘one-off’ because it has a lot to offer the Romantic couple.

When you arrive you immediately have a fantastic opportunity to rez a free paddle boat and paddle down the river, admiring all the Wonderful tree colours along the banks of the river.

You can even choose the colour of the boat and whether you have a canopy over your head or not. Whoever jumps in first steers!

As you go along the river together you take in some stunning scenery.

I think this must be one of the bridges, can you find all four?

Why not stop off for a cuddle and just relax together. The sim is well planned as you can see with this cuddle area beside the river.

We stopped off and found some more interesting areas.

Even a love-heart in the sand! There are other ways you can look around the sim. If you don’t like travelling on water take a tour in this hot-air balloon and cuddle on the way.

You can trot around on horseback, although watch out if you try to cross a bridge as you can easily to fall in – splash!

At the end of the date walk along the wooden jetty, turn to midnight and watch the lovely lanterns float around in the sky. A truly lovely place.

Romantic Autumn Sims (Part

Ariella is well worth a visit for its breath-taking beauty alone.

Lets take a look around. Stroll along the beautiful beach area and view the stunning Autumn sunset together.

Dance posts are like exotic flowers. Relax cuddling on the bench together.

Even more romantic if you dance by the water’s edge!

One amazing difference about this sim is that you can climb up and admire beautiful views of the Romantic realm.

A boat awaits you for a romantic ride down the river.

Sit together or dance while admiring the awesome views.

What can we discover in the above picture? A circular plaque sits on the wall. If you touch the palque you can rez some pose balls and then walk together as a couple.

Hold hands, go arm in arm, or even have a piggy back ride if you wish.

In my view every Romantic sim should have one of these couple walking animations. Try it out.

There are some nice touches like these hopping bunnies near the landing area. Spot the other animals around the sim.

Delicate hanging lights curtain the way inviting you forward.

If you need relaxing music and are looking to chillout together in a beautiful location then Ariella is the place for you.

Actually Love was established in 2016, in honour of the late Avid Miami who owned a prior dating agency called Love Actually. Sadly he passed in March of 2015 and his business was going to be closed for good.

Ariel Jurassic (Co-owner of Actually Love) could not let that happen and could not let her good friend and former lover's dream die, so she opened Actually Love!

Ariel says ‘it’s exactly what Avid Miami's place was all those years ago, but more up to date and ever improving. I can happily say that his dream lives on all these years later.’

6. Romance in the Clouds (teleport)

In Issue 7 we listed the best Romantic Ballrooms in Second Life. Now we look at another one called ‘Romance in the Clouds’.

At Romance in the Clouds you can dance under the moon and stars. Dress is formal but no need to worry if you don’t have any formal attire as a free tux and gown are kindly provided.

Click on the appropriate box below this tree to receive a tux or gown courtesy of the venue.

Go onto the ballroom floor to dance in the clouds, click the love-heart to request dance balls and you can even purchase some flowers for your dance partner!

There are some romantic seating areas around the edge if you need a breather, or head off to romantic location on your date. Plenty to choose from, see the long array below!
