Spotting the big one:
Whether you’re hooking a big fish or spotting a majestic shorebird, nature here is bountiful and beautiful.
This time of year is ideal for fishing. (There’s really no downtime in our bountiful area when it comes to catching ‘the big one’.) Surf-fishing is on fire right now, with Black Drum, Bluefish, and Speckled Trout yours for the catching.
If wings are your thing, head out to our nearby marshes, waterways, and islands and prepare to see the many migrating birds. See seagulls, hardy terns, and pelicans on the shore, and keep an eye out for majestic herons and egrets as they fly over the inlets.
