NEWS FROM LUCKLEY HOUSE SCHOOL
SPEECH AND DRAMA SHOWCASE On Tuesday, our Speech and Drama students treated us to a showcase of their work from the last 18 months. Using promenade staging, the audience wandered through the school grounds, listening out for actors as they went. The students performed excerpts from their exam pieces, which ranged from Shakespeare to Oscar Wilde, to Alan Ayckbourn. It truly was an eclectic evening! It has been a very successful year in Speech and Drama, and it was a wonderful way to celebrate the students’ accomplishments.
