OUR GUIDING STRATEGIC PRIORITIES Four years ago, De Smet Jesuit began a strategic planning process to strengthen our mission and prepare the school for future generations. Today, that vision is already producing meaningful results. We continue to be guided by these four strategic priorities as we plan for the future of De Smet Jesuit.

VISION IN ACTION Over the past four years, we’ve transformed our Strategic Vision into meaningful action. The milestones below highlight how, together, we’ve strengthened our mission, expanded opportunities for students, and built momentum for the future of De Smet Jesuit.

CARE FOR THE WHOLE PERSON We commit to forming well-rounded young men by enhancing their development beyond the classroom.
MEN FOR OTHERS We commit to facilitating the development of students through curricular and co-curricular programs infused with real-world experiences and challenges grounded in the call to grow as Men for Others.
Construction and updated projects completed, including: • Middle school classrooms, assembly room, and gathering space • Updated high school classrooms • New entrepreneurship classroom and lab • Modern new locker room • Updated Emerson Lobby and new Admissions Center • New faculty lounge • First phase of school-wide HVAC and plumbing upgrades
