UPN Laboratory Building Design This project is an construc on in Yogyakarta. This building was built to meet the needs of campus facili es and infrastructure, where the campus is s ll in the development stage.

The building would like to build 5 floors and 1 basement for parking.

The design is quite simple and modern with simple column grid construc on.

Ins tut Teknologi Sumatera's Rectorate Building Design The main facility in this building is a work space that will be used as a room for leaders and staff on the ITERA campus. This building consists of 4 floors consis ng of 2 separate buildings consis ng of 2 func ons, namely the main func on and the service func on.

Facility: In addi on to office space and suppor ng facili es such as buildings in general, this building is equipped with an auditorium that can be used for certain events.

Ins tut Teknologi Sumatera's Rectorate Building Design The Institut Teknologi Sumatera is a state higher education institution that is currently undergoing rapid development quite rapidly since its establishment in 2014. As a university with the rapid development it has achieved, then ITERA requires a more complete and adequate development and adjustment in order to meet the demandseducational services that have been achieved and those that continue to be developed and planned. ITERAwill build a building that can accommodate these things, namely the leadership/rectorate building. This project is in the form of a 2 (two) mass building, consists of 4 (four) floors with a total building area of 8,000 m2.

LOCATION Project construction site planned on campus ITERA which is located at Jalan Terusan Ryacudu , Desa Way Huwi, Jati Agung District, South Lampung . This project land is in the connecting positionthe road from the west gate and the road to the F lecture building.The design site area is1.3 Ha. Design site is limited by building F to the north, library grounds at the southern part, and the local campus road in the w est and south.

Circulation

The secondary skin concept is a representation of the geometric motif of Lampung tapis clothand the motif of shoots of bamboo shoots which means prosperity.

Prosperity is also presentedinto ITERA's motto, namely forest campus which means campus forest withthe richness of life in it.

MASSING Apart from being an aesthetic, vines for the facade of this section is for greening on the building parts, also to avoid dust enter the building.

Godean House This project is an construc on in Godean, Yogyakarta. The owner wants to build the recidence with modern approach design. This house has an area of 50 m2. Consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, 1 kitchen, a carport, a backyard and mezzanine room which func ons as a bedroom.
