EXCHANGEPOLICY
We have 7 days exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange items purchased within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Guidelines for Exchanges:

The product returned would be exchanged with a different size (subject to the availability in stock) or a different style
The product should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
A minimal reverse shipping fee of INR 149 per product will be charged for exchange.

In order to exchange a product, please drop us a whatsapp on 9310388922 or email on customercare@desinoor.com and we will process your request. Kindly share your order id to make the process seamless.
Once the exchange request is received, you will receive a link to make the payment of Rs 149 per product and then our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep as soon as possible.The courier partner will make three attempts to pick up the product, if not picked on the last attempt, the request will be marked as failed.
After receiving the returned product, the product will pass through a quality check process.Once the product passes the quality check, the new item i.e. the exchanged item will be shipped to you.
