The Creative Leadership Program, powered by DesignThinkers Academy, is a hybrid program in leadership and strategic design. The program is connecting the future change agent for

co-creating, co-working, and sensemaking together. The program provides a creative platform both for personal growth and professional connections.

The program will constitute of four on-site masterclasses, personal coaching sessions, working on a personal project and creating and executing a social project together. As creative leaders, you will have great influence on the development of the program, challenging you to create your own learning path.

The Creative Leadership Program provides future and current leaders new tools and skills to successfully lead high performance teams, communities and organizations. It will help you become a confident thought leader, inspirator, facilitator, adviser, and above all a navigator in a fast-changing landscape of complexities.

The program covers all scales of leadership: personal (ME), teams (WE), organisations (US) and the world (PLANET). The program is a starting point for a creative community and a creative collective for creative minds and leaders globally. All participants will be invited to join the Creative Leadership Platform.
