Jonathan Lizotte Founder, Chairman & CEO

Jonathan Lizotte is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Designs for Health (DFH). Throughout the years, he has guided and directed the company to ensure that its mission and vision are realized. With over 30 years in the integrative medicine field and nutritional supplement industry, Jonathan is an expert in the business of nutritional supplement products. Under Jonathan’s leadership, DFH has become one of the fastest growing, most respected manufacturers and distributors of nutritional supplements worldwide.

Phil Lizotte Vice Chair

Phil joined Designs for Health in 2006, after a rewarding career in the construction industry, where over the course of 28 years he built two companies into very successful enterprises. As Vice Chair of DFH, Phil’s experience in building organizations and coordinating their resources has been a major asset in the development of DFH from a company with only one distribution center into an organization with five distribution centers and two manufacturing facilities.

Amardeep Kahlon Chief Commercial Officer

Amardeep Kahlon joined Designs for Health in 2022. He is a global business leader with more than 20 years of commercial experience across sales, marketing and business development roles. In 2019 Amardeep was recognized as a Top 50 Health Influencer by PRWeek and serves on the Global Board for the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). He is also a member of the Google Advisory Board for the CPG industry vertical. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer at DFH, Amardeep is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the sales, marketing and innovation functions.

Ryan Meloche GM (Canada), VP Strategic Parterships (US)

Ryan Meloche has been involved in the natural healthcare industry since 2001, where he started his career as a Homeopathic Practitioner. After 5 rewarding years of practice, he carried on his passion for natural medicine with a shift in focus to the nutraceutical industry. Over the last 17 years, Ryan has held progressive positions in sales, marketing and operations, with his most recent 10 years in leadership roles helping guide teams and organizations to effectively service practitioner needs. In his role as General Manager, Ryan is responsible for leading daily operations along with driving the strategic direction and continued evolution of the Canadian division of Designs for Health.

Gail Lizotte Vice Chair

As one of the founding members of Designs for Health, Gail Lizotte oversaw many aspects of the company’s operations across several senior roles throughout her 30-year career with the company. Passionate about people and making a difference, Gail quickly became the go-to person for any employee-related initiatives across all DFH facilities. With her steady presence and her ability to connect with people, Gail continues to be an enormous part of the heart of DFH.

Armen Anderian Director of Marketing & Business Development

Armen Anderian has over 23 years of professional experience in the nutraceutical, sports nutrition and consumer packaged goods industries where he held multiple leadership positions in marketing, sales, operations and business development. Armen has a proven track record of leading companies with purpose, and by aligning around core values, vision and culture. Armen will drive boldly innovative strategic vision, collaboration, and expert execution of marketing and business development strategies.
