Breeds represented are Maine-Anjou, MaineTainer, Horned Hereford, Polled Hereford, Charolais, Angus & Chianina Welcome to our Spring Edition Sale, This year marks the 25th Spring Sale, that’s hard to believe, the years have literally flown by. As I think back on all those years, we have been fortunate to see many of the cattle sold become champions and that’s awesome! But more importantly, are the connections and friendships we have made. Nothing can compare to watching kids grow up enjoying working with their cattle daily, going to shows as a family, making friends across the country, and reaping rewards from their hard work. The past twelve months have proven the strength in agriculture and the show community.

The Spring Edition Sale features our most elite fall born heifer calves combined with many of our customer’s top end heifers. We always say it, but this is the deepest offering of fall heifer calves we have had in years.

Our fall born females have been dominating champions for years in our program. We have had 14 National Champions or Reserves in the past five years with fall born females. So now is the time to make those purchases and join the team. We are very involved in Junior Nationals each year; and this year Oklahoma is hosting the Maine and Chianina Junior Nationals in Chickasha. The Herefords will be back in Kansas City so get ready to make some great memories this summer.

We are loaded up with quality in all the breeds, this is one sale you don’t want to miss! Study the catalog, watch the videos, and come take a look. We sell champions and there are great buys made each and every year.

This sale is always a little more challenging to prepare for with everything going on this time of year. This year we received more winter weather than normal with record setting cold temperatures, so we were rushed in preparation. Thank the good Lord for an awesome crew! They made it all come together, these guys are the best. We truly appreciate Matt Scasta, Davey Young, Caleb Nixon, Seth Buckley, and Emmett Byrd for making it happen on a daily basis, and thanks to Jeremy Clark, Kyle Costerisan, Ethan Moore, Cody Beck, Jaxon Swink, and Kynlee Dailey for stepping up and helping us get through pictures in a timely manner. It takes an army to keep things going throughout the year and we are so blessed to have all the customers, friends, and family that make Buck Cattle Company what it is. Thank You!
