Training As a Community, we regularly make workshop and keynote presentations at Conferences. This includes Young People making presentations if appropriate. Our belief in the value of research has led us to participate in a number of initiatives, including input into government Inquiries relating to both residential provision and sexually harmful behaviour provisions. In addition, we have contributed to NICE guidelines for sexually harmful behaviour and the NSPCC National Framework. Using all of this experience, we are able to offer training packages on: • Risk Assessment Tools • Therapeutic Communities • Devising, implementing and evaluating relapse prevention and Risk Management programmes • Aspects of working with adolescent perpetrators in Residential or Therapeutic Community settings • Multi-agency/Public Protection approaches to working with adolescent perpetrators of sexual abuse
