THE ORIFLAMME STORY
The Oriflamme Fire Table is the original gas fire table, created with a visionary spirit in 2005 by Jeremy Dodson. The name "Oriflamme" reflects its unique blend of art, functionality, and ambiance, creating a gathering point that combines warmth, style, and a sense of togetherness.
PASSION
A passion for fire and the warm gatherings it fosters led to a creative solution when the founder moved into a small condo. Traditional fires with smoke and embers weren’t safe in the confined space, so inspiration struck upon spotting an old coffee table. It was reimagined as a gas-fueled fire table, turning the vision into reality�
STYLE
The first Oriflamme prototype was crafted by drilling holes into a metal plate, adding wicks, and incorporating a jar of oil beneath, inspired by old kerosene lamps. The initial design—a yin-yang symbol—reflected studies in oriental medicine. Friends and family were immediately impressed, encouraging the product’s launch to share its charm with others.
LONGEVITY
Determination and innovation drove the company to overcome challenges, resulting in a table with easily replaceable parts and an elegant, modern aesthetic. WARRANTY & SUPPORT
TABLE TOP WARRANTY
Oriflamme, LLC provides a limited warranty of two (2) years for residential use and one (1) year for commercial use on table tops, effective from the date of delivery, provided proper maintenance is observed. This warranty covers craftsmanship and structural integrity of the table top. At its discretion, Oriflamme, LLC will repair or replace any table top found to be defective within this period. The warranty will be void under the following conditions: 1) improper installation by the retailer or customer, 2) damage from accidents, 3) misuse, or 4) unauthorized modifications made by anyone other than Oriflamme, LLC.
Note: This warranty does not cover table tops made by other manufacturers or the improper installation of the table top onto the base by the retailer or customer. Damage caused by shipping, accidents, fading, staining, natural weathering, misuse, alterations, or repairs is also excluded.
COMPONENT WARRANTY
Oriflamme, LLC offers a three (3) year residential and one (1) year commercial functional warranty from the date of delivery for all working components, including the burner, propane tank, control valve, and regulator, provided proper maintenance is performed. During this time, Oriflamme, LLC will repair or replace any component that fails under normal use at the manufacturer’s discretion.
FRAME & BURNER WARRANTY
Oriflamme, LLC offers a ten (10) year residential and one (1) year commercial structural warranty from the date of delivery. If the frame or burner fails structurally during normal use and proper maintenance, Oriflamme, LLC will repair or replace the affected part at the manufacturer’s discretion�
FINISH WARRANTY
Powder-coated finishes are covered by a two (2) year residential and one (1) year commercial warranty against blistering or peeling under normal use and proper maintenance. If blistering or peeling occurs within the warranty period, Oriflamme, LLC will refinish or replace the affected materials. Rust seepage from crevices or unfinished areas is not considered a finish failure and requires additional care in coastal regions.
To protect the finish:
• Cover the table when not in use.
• Clean regularly with mild solutions.
• If possible, store the table out of the elements.
ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
• Shipping damage, accidents, fading, staining, natural weathering, misuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
• Failure caused by unreasonable use or abuse�
• Rust seepage or bleeding from cracks or crevices�
• Rust or oxidation resulting from scratched, chipped, or improperly maintained exposed metals�
• Normal fading of the Oriflamme Fire Table.
• Damage resulting from the customer’s choice of materials�
• Accidental or elemental damage, including fire, wind, rain, or sun.
• Permanent stains from lotions, oils, or other substances�
• Discoloration of fire glass caused by misuse.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the longevity of your Oriflamme Fire Table:
• Inspect before initial use and regularly thereafter.
• Keep the table clean and free of dirt buildup. Use mild soap and water, and wipe spills immediately to prevent staining. Use a soft sponge or rag to clean.
• Never leave the table standing in water.
• Cover or store the table when not in use for extended periods
• Tampering with the table is dangerous and will void the warranty. Faulty components must be replaced with approved parts.

Prior authorization from Oriflamme, LLC or an authorized representative is required for returns. You must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase to file a warranty claim. To submit a claim, contact our warranty department at (800) 445-4559 or reach out to your local dealer�
If the warranty claim is approved, Oriflamme, LLC will arrange freight pick-up and cover the shipping costs to and from the manufacturing facility within the warranty period. Beyond the specified warranty timeframe, the consumer is responsible for freight charges. All returned Oriflamme Fire Tables must be properly packaged for shipping and must have been used for residential purposes as specified in the original purchase order.
