Motorized Louvered Roof

Scenic's louvered roof system manages weather conditions and protection from sun, rain, snow and wind. The motorized system operates via switch, remote control or smart device app. Rain sensors detect precipitation and close to shelter the interior, while wind sensors detect excessive wind speed and open to minimize uplift.

The louvers include a small bristle on the underside where the louvers overlap, preventing metal-onmetal contact and minimizing noise. Additionally, up to three glass louver blades per roof section can also be used to give Scenic a skylight.

Built-In Water Management

Completely flat when closed, Scenic’s louvered roof overhangs its gutters to neatly channel water down through the designated posts toward the base of the unit or into a prepared site drain. For a four-post system, two posts will need to be designated for drainage.

For use in normal circumstances without increased wind load.

At locations with increased wind loads, the cover must be equipped with reinforced mounting bases to guarantee the stability of the structure. Examples include coastal areas, installation at a height or on a rooftop terrace.

• L I N E is available as standard in 8 panel designs.

• All panels are constructed of extruded and fabricated aluminum.

• All panel types are available with a matching gate option.

• Gate hardware (hinges, handle mechanism) are included with an order; bespoke hardware may be specified as a custom.

• All panel types are available in 4’ and 6’ panel heights.

• Posts are spaced at 6’ intervals for 4’ height panels, and at 4’ intervals for 6’ height panels as standard; modified post spacing is available to accommodate a specific site plan.

• All panel types are available surface mounted or embedded.

• Panels can be modified up to 8’ as a special request (4’ wide gates are the only option with 8’ panel height).
