Resume

Set in an upper class area this historical preservation was to be converted to a functional Dental practice. We chose to maintain the old time ambiance and combine it with modernity and a bit of sparkle. The result is an efficient working space designed with wood and rich beiges, with a touch of purple surprise.

Program The space has a total of 1,563 sq. ft.

-Reception and waiting area-270 sq. ft.

Orthodontist Practice Redesign

-Bathroom- 60 sq. ft.

-Lab and sterilization-240 sq. ft.

-Exam room- 300 sq. ft.

-Staff lounge- 166 sq. ft.

-X-ray room- 30 sq. ft.

-Storage room- 40 sq. ft.

-Doctor's office- 155 sq. ft.

-Mechanical closet- 30 sq. ft.

A functional space for a family of four. The design is focused on efficient living, with a warm ambiance and harmony. I chose a Mediterranean style that emphasizes nature and sunshine.
