Program First Floor
Foyer – a very rich, grand entrance, being welcomed with a waterwall and a modern circular staircase. There‘s seating near the window and a built in coat closet on the other side.
Guest Suite – with a walk-in-closet and a Bathroom- in a semi-private aera of the house
Office- as well, in the semi-private part of the house, with a Entrance from the outside of the house and access to the inside. Meeting and Working aera are divided with a glass partition. Right next to the working aera, there‘s a powder room. The Working aera accomodates 1 Designer and 2 Assistants. Bookshelves and Bookcases will ensure a good traffic flow.
Living Room – A big sectional couch, a TV-unit and a piano to complete the picture. This room is halfway open to above – giving it a very open and royal look.
Dining Room – right next to the Living room – creating it as one big family aera. outfitted with a table seating up to 10 people, a credenza and a china cabinet.
Kitchen – sectioned into meat, dairy and parev, each with their appliances. The island in the middle has bar seating and a table next to it for the eating aera.
Mudroom – with a entrance from the garage, this room has a lot of lockers and hanging storage. Ski racks and a cleaning corner with a sink make sure the house remains clean.
Laundry room – with a Laundry chute from the 2nd floor. A lot of counter- and storage space. With a wall-mount ironing board, laundry sorter and wall- mount racks.
Powder room- located next to the staircase- easily accessible from all rooms.

Hallway- coming up the circular staircase, the Room is halfway open to the Living room below. With a electric fireplace and seating near the railing.
Master Suite – With a King-sized Bed and modern seating. The Walk-In-Closet features shelves, poles for hanging space and a lot of shoe storage. The Master Bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, storage space and a vanity with 2 sinks.
Girls Bedroom 1– Outfitted with 2 Twin Beds with under bed storage- drawers and storage in the headboard, 2 desks with chairs and a built-in Closet.
Girls Bathroom- has a seperate entrance to the toilet and to the bathroom. With a vanity with 2 sinks and a bathtub.
Girls Bedroom 2- Outfitted with 2 Twin Beds, 1 nightstand, a chest, 2 desks with chairs and a built-in Closet
Boys Bedroom 1- Outfitted with 2 Twin Beds, 2 nightstand, 2 desks with chairs, a dresser and a built-in Closet.
Boys Bathroom – with a Toilet, Bathtub and vanity with 1 sink.
Boys Bedroom 2- Outfitted with 2 Twin Beds with under bed storage-drawers, 2 desks with chairs, a dresser and a built-in Closet.
Laundry Chute – with a swing door going down to the first floor in the laundry room, easily accessible by all rooms.

Lighter colours make the room much more airy and it doesn‘t appear as small, but still remains trendy with a rich, energetic blue! Storage under the bed and in the headboard is here a great space- saving alternative to a nightstand.

Entering the Kitchen, on the right- There‘s a fridge and freezer. Right next to it are some shelves with wicker baskets for storage of fruit and vegetables. On the same wall, there are 2 doors opening to a lot of pullout pantry space. And of course for the clean kitchen, there‘s the small cabinet for brooms and cleaning supplies. On the next wall, you have the dairy section- a lot of counter- and cabinetspace for full-time cooking! The small phone nook on the side will also take care of the small notes and all those mobile plugs! In the center of the Kitchen, theres minimum counterspace for the meat section (since this kitchen serves vegetarians) and a table right next to it, seating up to 8 people. Now on the opposing wall, there‘s the parev section. The appliance garage is here another feature- a easy way to store appliances and keep the kitchen neat. And let‘s not forget the 4-legs-residents of the house! Right here is a aera for their feeding time – with 3 bowls and a cabinet above for storage- and that way, keeping the house nice and tidy! Of course, there are also the 3 big windows in the room – a source of natural light- which is being used here to the maximum! With 2 nice storage benches and a bookshelf on the side- a perfect reading and relaxing place‘s created!
