Result: Sun Cafe is an organic, vegan restaurant with an extensive menu. Using a complementary color scheme, this rounded logo gives Sun Cafe a light and fresh feel.

Result: Commonsense Medical is a small psychiatric office located in Lexignton, MA. Client wanted a warm, clean logo with inviting colors.

Book Cover Project: Design a creative book cover. Project should include a front and back cover as well as a design for the spine.

Result: Out of Step by Ariella Schiller is about a 14 year old dancer who is suddenly injured and can no longer dance. She must now seek the meaning of life without dance.

She discovers many hidden talents including sewing and clothing design. This book cover shows the abandoned ballet slippers as well as the sewing needles and thread in the foreground.

Bella Rena is a 14 year old girl who lives and breathes Ballet. Her life is thrown off course however when she sustains an injury that marks the end of her dancing c areer. Dealing with family and social difficulties, Bella must embark on a journey to rediscover herself. Will she be able to overcome her challenges and grow into her potential? Will she heal her relationships with her newfound perspective?

Join Bella as she steps into a part of her that has laid dormant for so many years.

Advertising Campaign

Project: Design an advertisement campaign.

Project should include three billboard designs, the front and back of a postcard, and a full page magazine ad.

Result: Off the Beaded Path is an online bead store that sells interesting glass and clay beads. The design approach is that beads can be used for all kinds of art, not just jewelry. With the slogan, “whatever your passion, we have you covered”, this campaign depicts the artistry in beads.

Packaging Project: Design a set of packages for different flavors of coffee.

Result: Going for a rustic feel, Eight O’clock Coffee was designed to have a lable covering a brown paper bag. The three flavors are portrayed with different colors, using the same base design to retain the brand design.

Magazine Project: Design a magazine spread for The Vineyard.

Project should include a magazine cover, table of contents, and artical spread.

Result: Using a warm and bright color scheme, this magazine portrays the balance that wines bring to different food. The imagery combined with well organized typography give this magazine spread a clean and readable look.

Brochure Project: Design a brochure for Lauterback Consulting. Project should include a thought out color scheme, front and back covers, and three brochure spreads.

Result: This pleasing color scheme allows for a clean, professional feel while also looking welcoming with warm tones. The imagery depicts the multiple aspects of running a small business and how Lauterback Consulting can help.
