Design Program This office is shared by a team of Psychologists office-one treats adults and the other treats children. It is located on the second floor of a mixed-use building in a quaint middleclass suburb of Toronto. The two doctors are supported by one receptionist/secretary. The majority of clients are middleto upper- class residents from around the area. Office Requirements (approx. 1400 sq. ft): ~ The reception desk ( approx. 90-100 sq. ft.) ~ The waiting area (approx. 250 sq. ft) ~ Two doctors’ offices (approx. 250 sq. ft. each) ~ Doctor’s lounge area/library/kitchenette (approx. 180 sq. ft.) ~ Storage/supplies/mechanical closet (approx. 70 sq. ft.) ~ Two bathrooms (approx. 60 sq. ft. each)

This unique café was specially designed to give its customers a chance to get a true vacation feel amidst their busy day-to-day life. It’s the dream getaway that’s close to home!
Warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere Through the side door there is a large closed in patio area with outdoor tiki hut bar and grill, tables, and lounge chairs Indoor service area/bar is covered by a tiki hut roof and includes a kitchen to prepare the food and drinks and a register for people to pay Indoor seating includes tables and chairs, couches, private banquettes, and bar stools Two private restrooms off to the side (one male, one female) Café is designed with special design features to enhance the tropical feel such as large windows, high ceiling, waterfall wall dividers, indoor and outdoor palm trees, large umbrellas, tiki hut, glass covered pool, bamboo décor, etc. Food: Grill - healthy and simple but fresh and delicious, Bar - large selection of beverages and smoothies
