5. Select message. Cintas will embroider up to three lines of text on an emblem and/ or directly on a garment. The charge (up to three lines) is $5.25. Please review the maximum character chart below to determine how many characters can fit on a line for the font size you require. All prices are per garment.
6. Embroidery and personalization require a 10-day lead time. These items cannot be returned.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Several types of artwork are acceptable:
1. Artwork files in a PC format (select one): o .TIF o .JPG o .PDF
2. Camera-Ready artwork: This is generally a blackand-white image that has clean lines. A one-color piece of artwork can be accepted for very simple designs. A one-time art fee will be applied.
3. Digitized Files: You may already have an embroidery tape. This may be subject to a one-time art fee. Acceptable embroidery tape formats include: o .DST o .EMB o .EXP
SENDING YOUR ORDER
E-mail (for fastest service): Include all information in this order form and your general order form in an e-mail. Attach your logo to the e-mail and send to LogoRequests@cintas.com
THE NEXT STEPS
1. Cintas will have your logo digitized to create an embroidery file. Cintas will send you a virtual or physical embroidered sew -out (sample) to approve within 5 business days.
2. With your approval, your logo will be applied according to your specifications.

SIZE MEASURING STEPS
MALE
NECK: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar will rest, placing a finger between the tape measure and the neck to ensure room for comfort.
CHEST: Measure across the fullest part of the chest, underneath the arm, keeping tape measure parallel to floor.
CHEST OVERARM (For Athletic Build): Measure across the fullest part of the chest, wrapping the tape measure all the way around the outside of your arms, keeping tape measure parallel to floor. If your over-arm measurement is 7” or more, bigger than your chest measurement, choose one size larger.
WAIST: Measure around your waist where you normally wear your pants. Keep one finger between the tape and your body to allow ease for fit.
SLEEVE LENGTH: With arm slightly bent, measure from the shoulder bone, down to the center of the elbow, to the wrist.
SLEEVE LENGTH (Dress Shirt): With arm slightly bent, start from the center back neck bone, across shoulder to the outermost point of the shoulder bone, down to the center of the elbow, to the wrist.
INSEAM: Measure similar pants that fit well, place tape measure at the joint of the pant leg to the bottom of the hem of the leg, rounding to the nearest half-inch.
BELT: For the correct fit, add 2” to your waist measurement or pant waist size.
FEMALE
BUST: Measure around the fullest part of the bust, underneath the arm, keeping tape measure parallel to floor.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest point of the natural waistline, keeping tape measure comfortable.
HIPS: Stand straight with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips (about 8” below natural waistline), keeping tape measure parallel to floor.
SLEEVE LENGTH: With arm slightly bent, measure from the shoulder bone, down to the center of the elbow, to the wrist.
INSEAM: Measure similar pants that fit well, place tape measure at the joint of the pant leg to the bottom of the hem of the leg, rounding to the nearest half-inch.
MATERNITY: Select your pre-pregnancy size when ordering Cintas maternity wear. If you expect to gain more than 25–30 pounds or are carrying multiple births, order one size larger.
