• CCMC is the managing agent for the Master and Village Associations in Desert Mountain. • All Home Owner Association (HOA) staff are employees of CCMC. • The HOA staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Associations and Association property. • The Design Review Committee is a function of the

Master and Village Associations. • The Home Owners Association billing (assessment) is separate from the Desert Mountain Club billing. ✺
