INSTRUCTIONS Mix tuna with curry oil, sesame oil, Sambal chile sauce and sea salt. Shape tartare in 2” diameter by 2” high ring and place on the center of the plate. Garnish with toast and cilantro. Drizzle with more curry & sesame oils. Garnish with avocados and oranges.
